No Win No Fee

Our claims are run on an arrangement between you and us called a “no win no fee agreement” which you may have also heard called a “a Conditional Fee Agreement” or “CFA”. This allows you to make a compensation claim without paying our professional costs.

If your claim is successful then we will take a percentage of your compensation as our reward because we were risking working for nothing had your claim not been successful.

Making a no win no fee claim involves us taking out an insurance policy on your behalf. This will protect you if your claim is unsuccessful from the other side’s costs incurred in them defending your claim. If you win, this fee is taken from your compensation money - but we will advise you in advance so there won’t be any surprises. If your claim is not successful, meaning you do not receive any compensation money, then you will not have to pay this fee. There is no financial risk to you.
